WALMART
Wal-Mart partnered with T-ROC to manage end-to-end retail for their store within a store (SWAS) and assisted sales program, along with proactive Retail 4.0 consultation. Using our retail sales expertise, Wal-Mart was able to improve its category of focus sell-through rate by 10x.
After six months, the T-ROC managed store showed wireless sales growth of 675%. After one year, growth was 900% in the same store.
We proved our success, so Wal-Mart began opening new T-ROC managed stores and departments. Starting at 190 locations and 445 employees, and growing to more than 1300 locations and 3360 employees in three years is no small feat, especially when partnering with the world’s largest retailer.

T-Mobile
Since 2012, T-ROC has owned and operated T-Mobile stores selling all T-Mobile wireless products and services, Internet of Things (IoT) products and equipment and providing “magenta glove” service.
We now have offices throughout Florida, North and South Carolina, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Puerto Rico.
Xfinity
TROC owns and operates Xfinity stores across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania. As one of the top third-party retailers for Xfinity, the largest cable and services provider in the United States, we currently have 14 stores employing more than 100 staff members supporting more than 700 SKUs.
Cricket
Since 2011 T-ROC has been supporting Cricket. As Brand Ambassadors, our team visited some of the largest national retailers (Carriers and Bog Box Retailers) across the U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico.
