T-ROC names Karen Paletta Chief Operating Officer

MIAMI (Monday, December 29, 2019) – The Revenue Optimization Companies (TROC), a provider of premier staffing outsource, software, managed technology services, and consumer insights for the top global brick and mortar retailers, manufacturers, service providers, and distributors  has named Karen Paletta, Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2020.

Karen is an accomplished industry veteran with over two decades of experience in wireless technology, and an award-winning history of building thriving operations. Paletta comes to TROC from Sprint, where she served as a Region President leading sales, marketing, and operations throughout the Northeast corridor. She enjoyed a long tenure with the telecom giant, continually advancing her position within the company and significantly impacting sales and profitability with each new responsibility. Her leadership helped Sprint secure its position as the nation’s fourth largest telecom company.

Paletta replaces Mark Adams who recently retired after 4 years at T-ROC and more than 35 years of retail management. As the new COO of T-ROC, Paletta will oversee the company’s people-related offerings including retail operations, outsource staffing and talent management domestically as well as South and Central America.
