THE CLIENT
In 2020, Walmart was outsourcing labor to remodel their stores due to difficulty in staffing and training their own in store teams. They needed a solution to provide high quality and consistent talent to get projects completed on time and on budget.
THE REQUEST
Since T-ROC was already a leading provider for Walmart in terms of service and other 3PL support, it was asked if T-ROC could handle the overnight merchandising work in addition to our other duties.
THE T-ROC SOLUTION
As a best-in-class third party labor provider (3PL), T-ROC rose to the challenge in all the stores in which we were currently contracted. Other vendors already handling other stores were brought in to serve those locations.
T-ROC’s consistent quality, communication, and reliability has raised the bar for Walmart on what to expect from their 3PL provider, and is now often referred to as one of their best supporters. The major retailer has even removed over a dozen vendors for performance that does not match the level of T-ROC during our time with them.
THE RESULTS
To date, T-ROC has successfully completed over 300 large scale remodels that span over 10-14 weeks in duration in the past 4 years. Over 90,000 planograms/modular/floor sets have been updated and set to standard. We are a go-to provider for Walmart when they require immediate assistance and regarded as a top provider for support in value and quality.
