TCL, founded in 1981, is one of the worlds best-selling consumer electronics brand and a leader in mobile technology, operating in over 160 markets globally. TCL's consumer product lines include TVs, mobile phones, audio devices and smart home products. The brand wanted to gain market share in the highly competitive smartphone market, increase awareness of its mobile devices and drive sales.
THE REQUEST
In 2022, TCL selected T-ROC as its provider to build brand awareness and increase sales through a Brand Ambassador program focusing on its smartphone line in wireless carrier stores.
THE RESULTS
T-ROC s team was able to amplify brand and product awareness through ambitious KPIs that included monthly targets for number of leadership meetings, sales incentives created, ride-a-longs and training sessions. Two year into the program, T-ROC has delivered increased brand awareness, boosted sales and met the clients sales goals month after month.
The program has evolved into a brand and sales powerhouse that includes 5,000 corporate and wireless retail stores, including Verizon, Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile and Cox. T-ROC's TCL 15-member campaign team includes an Operations Manager and Senior Regional Market Manager, plus Regional Market Managers and Market Brand Managers.
