ecoATM offers ATM-like kiosks in high-traffic retail locations. It allows consumers to bring their old phones, MP3 players, and tablets in for an exchange with on-the spot payment. Electronics are then recycled responsibly while customers earning extra cash that they can then spend in retail locations, if desired.
THE REQUEST
ecoATM approached T-ROC for an In-Store Representative test pilot program. The goal, to increase awareness and kiosk usage in 3 markets (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Philadelphia, Raleigh Durham) meanwhile, ecoATM would compare the markets against similar markets without an ISR to see how effective a T-ROC ISR in the market can be.
