The Apple ecosystem’s range of products include iPhone, Mac, iPad, AirPods, Apple TV, Apple Watch, and Beats products.

THE REQUEST

Apple initially engaged T-ROC to expand their coverage into regional carriers, where the brand was underrepresented.
Apple also selected T-ROC Global to represent the brand in its first stores in Peru as part of its expansion into key Latin American markets plus staff and run the Apple storewithin-a-store at Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square in New York City. For all these engagements Apple recognized the value and flexibility in hiring a company with deep experience with brand advocacy in retail stores.

THE RESULTS

Performance was tracked based on ROI, and for the ABA
program which ran for six years the return was impressive.
For every dollar spent, Apple's return on their investment was
$17 to $22 in revenue.

Macy’s

Retail Services
When Apple launched its partnership with Macy’s, the first store-in-store opening was in Macy’s Herald Square flagship location in New York City. T-ROC staffed and ran the retail store, and leveraged its carrier agreements to sell and activate devices in the store.
Technology Services
For all its Apple engagements, T-ROC’s patented field performance application, Vision by Mobile Insight, was invaluable for new product introductions and promos, delivering instant insight into sales, service, merchandising, inventory and other KPIs.
