Apple initially engaged T-ROC to expand their coverage into regional carriers, where the brand was underrepresented.
Apple also selected T-ROC Global to represent the brand in its first stores in Peru as part of its expansion into key Latin American markets plus staff and run the Apple storewithin-a-store at Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square in New York City. For all these engagements Apple recognized the value and flexibility in hiring a company with deep experience with brand advocacy in retail stores.
