THE CLIENT

The Lovesac Company is a technology-driven company that designs, manufactures and sells unique, high-quality furniture derived through its proprietary "Designed for Life" approach. The product line includes Sactionals, a line of modular couches. The direct-to-consumer company also sells through pop-up shops with third-party retailers.

THE REQUEST

Following a successful initial engagement with T-ROC, Lovesac renewed for a 137 Costco stores for a six-month assignment. The Scope of Work (SOW) included setup and teardown services in alignment with a schedule provided by Lovesac. This included preparing display sets to be clean, complete, and customer-ready, and efficiently removing them at the conclusion of each scheduled period in preparation to be shipped to the next location.
