Break-Fix Services

Bose expanded their services with T-ROC, adding Break-Fix and Display Compliance Audits, to ensure that all Bose interactive displays were up and running, and merchandising was being accurately displayed. The initial program included 400 Best Buy stores in 18 markets.

New Product Launch

Building off the positive results of the 2022 and 2023 holiday seasons, Bose selected T-ROC to launch its Bose Ultra Open Earbuds, a breakthrough audio wearable with a unique ear cuff design.

Bose Support Center

T-ROC launched the Bose Support Center in April 2024. The Bose Support Center offers a variety of services to field technicians responsible for maintaining and servicing Bose displays at Best Buy stores in U.S & Puerto Rico.
Services include validating & tracking service requests, shipping replacement parts when needed, and providing real-time feedback to Bose on key break-fix issues.
The Bose Support Center also produces troubleshooting videos, guides, and FAQs to help field technicians resolve issues on the fly, without needing to open a service request.

Bose Bluetooth Speaker Display Installation

T-ROC installed a new Bose Bluetooth Speaker Display in nearly 900 Best Buy locations in U.S. & Puerto Rico in May/June 2024.

T-ROC completed 91% of the installations within 2 weeks, and 100% within 3 weeks.
