AT&T needed expert staffing solutions for 66 retail locations across 15 BJ's Wholesale and 51 Target stores. T-ROC was tasked with managing these locations to ensure that AT&T Fiber, Wireless, and other ancillary products were effectively sold to meet set performance goals. Although the program is still in early stages, T-ROC is currently averaging 5 new lines sold per store, with efforts ongoing to meet AT&T’s target of 20 new lines per store per month.
