performance. From there, we focus on the two fundamentals that drive revenue in smart vending: in-stock and
uptime.
When those slip, sales follow.
During the pilot, T-ROC runs the operating discipline behind the machines. We execute
restocks on schedule, verify true in-stock conditions at the machine (not just in the system), confirm load
accuracy slot by slot, and flag stockouts with root-cause visibility. We identify Out-of-Order units, reader
failures, and payment issues, then drive escalation and follow-through so problems don't sit unresolved.
Every action is tracked at the machine level — not just by market — so you can see
exactly what changed and what moved performance.
At the end of 30 days, you'll know whether tightening in-stock and uptime in that market
produced measurable lift — and if it did, we scale it. If it doesn't meet your threshold, you keep the
insight and the upside, and you're under no obligation to continue.
