THE 30-DAY PILOT: WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

Give us 30 days in one market.

We begin by establishing a clear baseline — your machines, your cadence, your current performance. From there, we focus on the two fundamentals that drive revenue in smart vending: in-stock and uptime.

When those slip, sales follow.

During the pilot, T-ROC runs the operating discipline behind the machines. We execute restocks on schedule, verify true in-stock conditions at the machine (not just in the system), confirm load accuracy slot by slot, and flag stockouts with root-cause visibility. We identify Out-of-Order units, reader failures, and payment issues, then drive escalation and follow-through so problems don't sit unresolved.

Every action is tracked at the machine level — not just by market — so you can see exactly what changed and what moved performance.

At the end of 30 days, you'll know whether tightening in-stock and uptime in that market produced measurable lift — and if it did, we scale it. If it doesn't meet your threshold, you keep the insight and the upside, and you're under no obligation to continue.

Planning and blueprints

STEP 1: ALIGN

Confirm market, machines, cadence, and baseline.

STEP 2: EXECUTE

Run disciplined replenishment and verify machine fundamentals.

STEP 3: REPORT

Clear readout — what moved, what didn’t, what scales.

Technology and verification

If the 30-day market proves a lift — we expand:

  • Additional markets
  • National replenishment cadence
  • Inventory forecasting alignment
  • SLA-backed uptime models
  • Centralized program oversight
  • Retail360 tracking

If it doesn’t meet your threshold?

You walk away smarter. No long-term lock-in.

If your machines are running perfectly, this isn't for you. But if...

Ticket Backlogs Grow

Service Levels Vary By Market

There Is No SLA Accountability

You Have Poor Inventory Forecasting

Units Go Out Of Order

Card Readers Fail

Best Sellers Run Out

They Sit Empty Between Restocks

Then performance is leaking — and revenue is walking away. Smart vending doesn’t fail
because of the technology. It fails because execution breaks at scale.

T-ROC leadership

WHO WE ARE

Founded by Brett Beveridge, T-ROC was built to solve one of retail’s toughest challenges: consistent execution at scale. What started as a focused solution to field performance has grown into a national retail operating partner trusted by enterprise brands to protect revenue, safeguard brand standards, and drive measurable results across complex, multi-location environments.

T-ROC delivers integrated retail solutions built around accountability, performance standards, and measurable outcomes. We don’t just place people in stores — we build structured operating systems that ensure programs launch on time, execution stays consistent, and performance is visible at every level of the organization.

Our teams execute with precision, discipline, and real-time visibility — creating alignment between strategy and in-store performance across every environment we manage.

READY TO ELEVATE YOUR RETAIL OPERATION?

Execution at scale should be measurable, controlled, and accountable. Give us one market and 30 days to establish the baseline, tighten in-stock and uptime, and show you exactly what moved performance. There’s no national rollout and no operational disruption. If the lift is there, we scale with you — if it isn’t, you walk away with clarity.
