This is a controlled, in-market execution program built to deliver a measurable 10% lift in consumer electronics sell-through within 30 days.
We establish a baseline across a defined test market, identify execution gaps that are limiting conversion, and deploy trained Brand Ambassadors to correct those breakdowns in real time.
The lift is measured against store-level and SKU-level performance — not estimates, not projections.
During the sprint, T-ROC operates inside your retail environment to tighten floor coverage, restore demo and display readiness, protect planogram compliance, correct price and promotional inconsistencies, reinforce associate product knowledge, and improve attachment behavior.
We are not observing execution. We are actively correcting it and holding standards at the store level.
At the end of 30 days, you receive a clear performance comparison versus baseline, including sell-through lift, SKU movement, attachment impact, and compliance improvement by location. If the measurable lift meets the agreed threshold, the program scales.
If it does not, you retain the diagnostics and operational visibility gained during the sprint.
