T-ROC Email Address
Welcome to T-ROC! You should have received an email from T-ROC UserManagement with the subject line "Welcome to the Corporate Email System." This important message contains your T-ROC email address and the instructions you need to access your T-ROC email account. Make sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for this email. It was sent to the email address you provided during your job application process.
Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On (SSO) is your key to seamless access. Your T-ROC email credentials will serve as your login for most other essential applications, including Microsoft Teams, Concur, and ROC-It.
Microsoft Teams – Our Main Communication Hub
Microsoft Teams is where most of our daily communication happens at T-ROC. It offers real-time notifications, built-in chat, email integration, and the ability to make voice or video calls. Teams also features the T-ROC Hub, a personalized dashboard with access to resources like the PERC (T-ROC Resource Center). You’ll be added to specific teams and channels to collaborate on projects, share updates, and stay informed. Engage in discussions with colleagues through Teams’ social-style communities like T-ROC Corporate Communication and T-ROC Social.
Laptop/Tablet Login (If Applicable)
Your T-ROC equipment credentials are the same as your Single Sign-On (SSO). If you need any additional assistance, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. We're here to help!

ADP
ADP is not integrated with SSO, so you will need to register separately at https://workforcenow.adp.com. Each new hire will receive a unique registration code via email once they are added to ADP. To get started, click on "New User?" and then select "I have a registration code." Enter your unique code and follow the prompts.
If you can't find the ADP email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. For any issues with your personal registration code or if you need a password reset, please submit a ticket through WeSupportU.
Please note that even if you have used ADP with a previous employer, you will need to register and create new login credentials.

Payroll
Click HERE for steps on how to set up your direct deposit. We strongly urge you to set up direct deposit so that you avoid having to wait for your paycheck to arrive in the mail.
You'll use ADP to manage your paycheck. Once registered, log into ADP to set up your Direct Deposit.
If you do not have banking information to provide at this time and still would like to set up Direct Deposit, T-ROC offer a Pay Card powered by ADP. For more information, submit a ticket to the Payroll Team via WeSupportU.
Your program may include access to DailyPay. For more details and to see if you're eligible, please click HERE.
As a new hire it’s important to verify your information. You can verify your tax withholding, in ADP. This guide will provide the steps on how to adjust, if necessary.
In addition, it is also important to make sure your address is the most recent, in the chance of T-ROC having to send you mail, such as a check, equipment, W2, etc. This guide will provide the steps on how verify and adjust your home address.

Enrollment
- When to sign up: Take advantage of our health benefits by enrolling within 30 days of your Hire Date. Choose the plan that suits you best through our ADP platform.
- Plans go into Effect: Eligible Full-Time employees will begin their health benefits the 1st of the month following 60-days of employment. Eligible Part-Time employees will begin their health benefits the 1st of the month following 30-days of employment.
- Eligible Dependents: To enroll eligible dependents in the company health plan, please provide appropriate documentation as proof of their dependent status. Information regarding acceptable documentation can be found HERE
- Don't Miss The Window: If you skip or miss the initial enrollment, you won’t be able to get health coverage until the next open enrollment unless you have a qualifying life event. For more details, click HERE
